If you follow me on Instagram, then you know I spent my Easter weekend in the cute, quaint town of Helen, GA. Helen is a re-creation of a Bavarian Alpine Village with over 200 specialty and import shops and boutiques. You can find everything from locally-made candies, candle making, glass blowing to fashion, quilts and cuckoo clocks.
We spent the Easter weekend in the cute, quaint town of Helen, GA located about an hour and a half outside of Atlanta. Did I mention it was cute and quaint?!? I wont say much about it today because I plan to have a post up later this week on it. But I will say it is German inspired, be on the lookout, and leave it at that.
About a month ago, my girl Kathleen posted a couple of blog posts on jumpsuits. Of course, she and her jumpsuits were oozing perfection! In the midst of reading her posts, I realized I don’t own a jumpsuit. Now how could that be? I guess I’m such a huge fan of off-the-shoulder anything, I didn’t really think it. It was never on my radar.
I wanted to do a recipe post for about a month now but just haven’t really had the time to do so. My daughter knew this so she decided if I
wouldn’t couldn’t do it, then she would. I tend to always keep cookie and cake mixes in stock. So she pulled both out and said she wanted to see what it would taste like if she mixed the two. Interesting!
