I honestly believe everyone can benefit from drinking warm lemon water. If you’re already doing this, I would love to know what your results have been. My birthday is August 15 and want to be ‘summer body’ ready for it. And hopefully, this will help aid in what I’m trying to somewhat achieve…along with some physical activity, that is!

    In recent years I have been taking care of myself and I have started to pay more attention to my health to make my life healthier and more complete.
    I sleep more and better, I have breakfast (years ago I skipped it), I drink at least 2 liters a day and I try to do some exercise.
    Among other things I always look for interesting information such as the tips you give because they stimulate me to take better and better care of me.
    Among other things, supporting a friend who suffers from PTSD I started to accompany her to an art laboratory that follows and I admit that she also helps me, although mentally I do not suffer from her own disorder.

    I always use lemonwater in the beginning of colds, mixed with ginger – its the best! And at a time in my life I had a lot of urinary infections, so I always did my homecures with lemonwater 🙂

      I’ve heard of adding ginger to lemon water, which is what I plan on incorporating on some days starting next week. This week I added a teaspoon of Apple Cider Vinegar.

      Oh wow! I don’t think I’ve ever heard of that before. I only drink 16 oz in the morning only and not throughout the day.

    Does it matter if it is lemon juice that you buy at the store or is it better to come straight from the lemon? Also, I love all the reasons you give, it makes me want to do it! Would it damage my teeth in any way?

      Fresh is always best. I normally drink mine (everything actually) through a straw.

    I agree, there’s a lot of good benefits of drinking warm lemon water first thing in the morning. It is very effective at cleansing the liver as it promotes the liver to flush out toxins.
